Saffron must be painstakingly handpicked from the white style and then carefully laid on a sieve and cured over heat to deepen the flavour. Saffron is known to be the most expensive spice in the world, now let me show you how we like to use it.😋😋 Simply hand crush a few pinches of Saffron to immerse flavour then drop into hot water, mix a condiment of your choice; Fresh mint, honey, cardamom, lime, green tea leaves, ginger or orange blossoms and ENJOY!
